Shipping: We usually deliver your package within 2-3 weeks. In individual cases, delivery may be earlier, depending on availability and shipping times of our retailers. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email contains a tracking number with which you can track the status of your shipment at any time.

Returns: We offer free returns within 14 days. Simply fill out the return slip you received in your package and stick the pre-paid label on the package. Please note that processing your return may take up to two weeks. We strive to complete the process as quickly as possible.

We offer a 2-year limited warranty on all our products from the date of purchase. If you believe you have received a defective product or are experiencing issues with your product, please contact us. This warranty generally does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).
