Returns Policy

You have the right to return goods purchased through our online shop within the statutory period. The following information applies to consumers in Germany.

1. Return Period

You can return the goods within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

2. Returning the Goods

Please return the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to return them, to the following address:

You, as the customer, bear the costs of the return. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

3. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original order.

4. Condition of Goods

Please return the goods as unused as possible and in their original packaging. Damaged or used goods may lead to a reduction in the refund amount.

The right of return does not apply to goods that have been custom-made or clearly tailored to your personal needs.
