General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers through the RE-TEC GAMING online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Application
These GTC apply to all contracts concluded between ITC-Mueller (trading under the name RE-TEC GAMING) and its customers via the online shop. Customers within the meaning of these GTC are both consumers and entrepreneurs. Deviating conditions of the customer will only be recognized if RE-TEC GAMING expressly agrees in writing.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the "Submit Order" button, the customer submits a binding offer. ITC-Mueller accepts this by sending an order confirmation via e-mail. The contract text will be saved and made accessible to the customer after the conclusion of the contract.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. The period begins upon receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform RE-TEC GAMING by means of a clear declaration (e.g., letter, e-mail, form). Further information and the withdrawal form can be found here. Excluded are personalized products or products manufactured according to customer specifications, as far as the law allows.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices include statutory value-added tax. In addition, shipping costs may apply according to the current shipping cost table. Payments are made via the payment methods offered in the shop: credit card, PayPal, Klarna. RE-TEC GAMING reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods or to refuse delivery in case of payment default. Discount codes and vouchers are only valid according to the conditions in the shop, are not transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions, unless expressly stated.
6. Delivery and Shipping Conditions
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. The estimated delivery time is indicated during the order process. RE-TEC GAMING is entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer. In case of delivery delays, RE-TEC GAMING will inform the customer immediately. Transport damage must be reported by the customer immediately to the deliverer and communicated in writing to RE-TEC GAMING.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of ITC-Mueller until full payment. In the event of breach of contract by the customer, in particular default in payment, RE-TEC GAMING is entitled to demand the return of the goods.
8. Liability for Defects / Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, the customer is entitled to subsequent performance (repair or replacement delivery). If subsequent performance fails, the customer can demand a reduction in price or withdraw from the contract. Obvious defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery.
9. Liability
RE-TEC GAMING is only liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In case of slight negligence, only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Liability for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Redemption of Promotional Vouchers / Discount Codes
Vouchers and discount codes are valid once per order and customer. They are not transferable and are only valid within the specified period. Combinations with other vouchers or promotions are only permitted if expressly stated.
11. Reservation of Right to Amend
RE-TEC GAMING reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. For existing orders, the GTC at the time of contract conclusion apply. Changes will be published on the website and, for significant changes, communicated by e-mail, where possible.
12. Disposal / Environment
Electrical and electronic devices may not be disposed of with household waste. Customers are obliged to dispose of old devices via local collection points or recycling systems. Note according to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG): Manufacturers and distributors provide take-back systems that must be observed.
13. Applicable Law / Place of Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Golßen, insofar as the customer is an entrepreneur.
14. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. RE-TEC GAMING is generally willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure.
15. Instructions
Consumers receive all legally required instructions on the right of withdrawal, defect rights, and data protection during the order process or by e-mail.
